Welcome! I'm Shagufta Zahid — a proud Connecticut resident, devoted wife, and mother of three beautiful children. My husband and I have called the Naugatuck Valley home for nearly 18 years, and it’s been a privilege to live, raise a family, and serve the incredible people of this region.

I’ve been a licensed real estate professional for over 16 years, with active licenses in both Connecticut and New York and I have built strong relationships throughout the region—both personally and professionally. Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of helping hundreds of clients find their dream homes, grow their investments, or sell with confidence — and I’m proud to say that over 90% of them have become lifelong friends.

What I Specialize In

While I specialize in residential real estate — including first-time homebuyers, multi-family properties, Short Sale, and new construction — I also bring experience in commercial transactions, such as gas stations and grocery stores. No matter the property, I approach every transaction with honesty, dedication, and a deep understanding of the market.
